Kale and Chard recipes

Just a quick note. I have heard others mention their lack of fondness for cooked greens. I have never been a big fan myself until now. I like to mix kale and swiss chard, sauteed in olive oil with scallions and garlic. The finishing touch that makes it perfect is to serve it with a wedge of lemon so that each person can sqeeze fresh lemon juice over the greens just before eating. It is delicious!
